After a conversation with the spouse of a deployed serviceperson, a spark of an idea formed in the spring of 2021. This has grown into a garden project to allow the families of RAF Waddington to have a space to get involved in nurturing a garden which they may feel they can’t do on their own.
We’ve just had our third spring planting party, or Plantapalooza, which was a lot of fun. If you came along, and took some seeds home to grow, you can find the instructions here.
